Rotaract Club of Mbarara City, Uganda
The Nakivale Beacon Group is proud to partner with the Rotaract Club of Mbarara City, Uganda, a youth-led service organization and our official on-the-ground implementing partner. Our collaboration is formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding and is built on a shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and community-centered impact.
The Rotaract Club of Mbarara City is part of the global Rotary International network and is guided by the Standard Rotaract Constitution approved by the Rotary International Board of Directors. Based in Western Uganda, the club empowers young people to create lasting change through service, leadership, and fellowship. Their work spans health initiatives, education projects, environmental conservation, and community outreach supporting vulnerable populations, including children, women, and the elderly.
In our partnership, the Rotaract Club of Mbarara City serves as our eyes and ears in Uganda. Their team conducts on-site project reviews, coordinates with local partners and community leaders, and verifies that all funds raised by the Nakivale Beacon Group are used as intended. Their local knowledge, professional networks, and strong community connections are essential to ensuring that every dollar we raise translates into meaningful, verified impact in Nakivale.
